An internationally recognised pianist who champions unusual, new and Australian repertoire, Stephanie McCallum is an Associate Professor of Piano at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She has performed as a soloist with major Australian orchestras as well as AustraLYSIS, Sydney Alpha Ensemble, ELISION, Australia Ensemble, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Kammer and Halcyon. Featuring in over 40 albums (including solo albums), she has recorded Liszt, Weber, Magnard, Xenakis, Alkan, Guy Ropartz, Elena Kats-Chernin and a recently transcribed Beethoven work.
